~~ About the Apartment ~~
Up the elevator to the 8th floor, down the hall, and walk in to your Seattle abode and relax. Everything you need is here to enjoy your stay in almost 1300 square feet! Of course, free WiFi is included!
Living Room ~ The living room features a comfortable sofa and matching love seat and is tastefully decorated in accent shades of teals, golds, and rusts. The high ceilings make it feel even more spacious along with the huge windows letting in tons of light. You won't miss the tremendous city views from every window. There is a 40 inch flat screen, stereo, and DVD player if you want to stay in for a night. Plenty of room for our queen sized Aero bed if you need extra sleeping space.
Kitchen/Dining ~ Right off the living room is the kitchen and dining, giving it the great room feel. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features a breakfast bar with two stools. The clean white cabinets are set off by the jet black granite counter tops. The stainless appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and oven/stove. Between the kitchen and living area is the dining area for four to five (we have a booster seat with tray for the little ones).
Balcony ~ The large balcony is just off the living area and overlooks 1st Ave and the Seattle Art Museum's "Hammering Man" cannot be missed - you're staring right down on him. There are chairs and a table for hanging out with family and friends. The city views are great and you are right in it! You can even see the Ferris wheel and water from the balcony if you look west.
King Bedroom & Bath ~ A huge room, large enough for a comfortable king-sized bed, you will love the private bedroom. A dresser for all your things, not to mention a large walk-in closet! Luxurious bedding only adds to the beautiful contemporary decor in this room. And don't forget the 37 inch flat screen TV. Right across from your bedroom door, you'll find your bathroom, complete with tub/shower and plenty of counter and cabinet space. It is also remodeled with granite counter tops and includes towels, soaps, shampoo and a hairdryer.
Queen "Master" Bedroom ~ Opposite side of the unit from the king bedroom for plenty of privacy is the queen bedroom featuring a queen bed and nightstands and another walk-in closet. Attached to this bedroom, is your private en-suite full bath with everything you'll need for your stay (shampoo, conditioner, towels, soap, hairdryer, etc). The aqua tones are carried throughout the apartment, including this lovely bathroom.

Take the Link Light Rail ($3) and get off 2 blocks from Harbor Steps at the University Street Station on 3rd Ave and Seneca. Or, you can arrange for the Harbor Steps town car (~$50) to meet you at the airport and bring you straight to Harbor Steps.

"Adequate Corporate Apartment - Good, but not great.. Great location in a comfortable unit. It was nice, not great. The construction project next door is just getting started and will be impacting this location for quite some time. Unknown how it will be effecting the only views of the water from this unit (we stood out by elevators in hall for the best views). Curtains would be a nice extra addition. Very close to a lot of things. We had a car and the parking option was a plus. We would stay in this building again, but maybe not in this unit. We thought it seemed dated for their "best unit with amazing views". Picture Properties is hyper-vigilant with quick response to any issue or question."
